the appropriate manner is usually the Issue. People telling you the craziest bullshit,make ridiculous demands or are straight ahead insane,but if you want to respond, please stay calm,don't raise your voice, adress it as a chance,not a problem...blahblablah. If peopel would be able to scream loudly atr the right time,a lot of shit wouldn't happen.
